Ferry wagon diagram book

Postby Dave Millward » Wed Apr 13, 2011 6:52 am

Mornin' all,

Our research into the Associated Octel wagon fleet of 1977 has brought us into contact with various authorities on the subject. Amongst other useful pieces of information received recently has been the generous loan of the entire Ferry wagon diagram book for our period (some 500 line diagrams), these will be scanned and uploaded to our Barrowmore MRG website as time permits.

Cheers

Dear all,

Thanks to the generosity of Trevor Mann, Barrowmore Model Railway Group has been able to borrow an extensive collection of Diagrams of vehicles used in international traffic to/from the UK.

Thanks to BMRG's David Faulkner, who has taken on the joyless task of scanning these documents and preparing them for uploading, they are now available for historians, enthusiasts and modellers alike.

You can access the three sets of diagrams at:

Please bear in mind that the files are large and may take a while to download.

Have fun!

Cheers,

Richard
